Timeline for Grantees

Grant reports must be submitted no later than October 15th. They must be submitted at the completion of any funded project and prior to any new application.

Submitting Forms

Grantees may download the grant report form below or use their own format as long as it contains all necessary information. Completed report forms should be sent to nlee@springriverpft.org.

Sharing Updates

We encourage grantees to share updates and/or photos of current projects by contacting info@springriverpft.org.
